Oyster Hour at Endless Coast

John Connors knows a thing or three about Wellfleet Oysters. He'd better. He's been farming them on the flats of Wellfleet Harbor for more than 30 years. Relax on the sofas and chaise lounges in our backyard, and listen as John talks about how Wellfleet oysters are grown and why they are revered as some of the best in the world. He'll also demonstrate how to open oysters. Those who are up for the challenge can shuck a few of their own. Everyone will get to sample Wellfleet oysters!
