A visit to our dog-friendly hotel will give your furry friend something to bark about! We are centrally located to numerous dog-friendly activities in the Outer Cape. We also offer several pet-friendly rooms and even feature an area for dogs to sniff around in the back section of our grounds.

Dog-Friendly Activities in Wellfleet and Beyond

On nearby Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, dogs on a six-foot lease can stretch their four legs year-round. Exceptions include lifeguard-protected swimming areas and posted shorebird nesting spots. 

The Cape Cod Rail Trail is very dog friendly and many cafes and stopping points along the way have water bowls filled up for Fido. In Provincetown, the Pilgrim Bark Park was recently voted the second best dog park in America and offers two areas, one for small dogs and another for the big bruisers. Pilgrim Bark Park is home to many beautiful sculptures and a smattering of dog-friendly play structures donated by local artists.

Also in Provincetown, the 4.9-mile Long Point Trail leads man and his best friend along remote unspoiled stretches of beach with views of both the Bay and the Atlantic, past towering lighthouses to the breezy tip of Cape Cod.
