Booking Policy
You must be 21 years of age or older to book a room at Endless Coast, a Boutique Hotel.
Cancellation Policy
Cape Cod boutique hotels tend to be small. Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. For any cancellation, we must receive 14 days* notice prior to your confirmed arrival for a full refund of your deposit. Therefore, if you cancel within 14 days*, regardless of the reason, your deposit will be non-refundable. Plus, you are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place. All reservation changes are subject to availability and minimum stay restrictions.
* For group reservations of four rooms or more, please refer to the group contract for the applicable cancellation policy.
Travel Insurance
We realize that cancellations are often beyond your personal control. For this reason, we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind. As a result, Endless Coast will happily supply your travel insurance company with any needed documentation regarding our policy and your reservation. Rates, Taxes, and Gratuities
Rates do not include a 12.45% Massachusetts room occupancy tax and are subject to change without prior notice. In addition, gratuities for the housekeeping crew are not included in the room rate and are at guests’ discretion.
Deposit
Endless Coast, A Boutique Hotel, requires a deposit equal to the first night’s lodging to guarantee reservations. Then, the balance is due on arrival. Guests can pay with Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or Discover.
Additional Person
King rooms are intended for two guests. Double double rooms can accommodate up to four guests, but each additional guest above two persons is subject to the additional person fee. The additional person fee is $25 a night. Children of any age do qualify as guests. The King Efficiency room can accommodate an additional person in a rollaway bed.
Pet Friendly Cape Cod Boutique Hotels Accommodations
We have a limited number of first-floor dog-friendly rooms at Endless Coast. Please be sure to notify us when making your reservation if you plan to bring your canine friend (who must weigh under 70 pounds). We charge a pet fee of $45 per dog, per day.
Please be aware that dogs are the only pets allowed. Accordingly, guests must not leave canine friends alone in a guest room unless they are crated and you agree to ALL the stipulations outline in detail on our Pet Policies page here. Pets are permitted only on our porches and exterior common areas of the hotel, and only while on leash. While we love dogs, not all of our guests feel the same way. For this reason, dogs are never permitted in interior public spaces.
As a condition of reserving a room at our hotel, you agree to pay a $250 fee if any pets are found in rooms not designated as dog-friendly, or if your animal causes stains or damage to a pet-friendly guest room. Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in is between 3:00 and 6:00 pm unless you make prior arrangements. If you sense your travels will delay you past 6:00 pm, please call us and let us know. If you arrive early, we will gladly store your luggage until check-in time. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Smoking Policy
Endless Coast is a 100% non-smoking Wellfleet lodging property. This includes outdoor common spaces. Our staff will impose a $250 cleaning surcharge on any room account where guests have smoked with disregard for our policy.
Accessibility
Our hotel offers fourteen (14) first-floor guest rooms. One (1) of these guest rooms has additional accessibility features. This room is available to book by phone. Please see the accessibility page of our website to learn more.
Guest Responsibility
While accidents do happen, guests will be financially responsible for damage due to gross negligence.
